Privacy

By ticking the consent box, I voluntarily and freely grant (it is clear to me that I can refuse or withdraw consent without adverse consequences) consent to the processing of my personal data for the purpose of informing about news related to the project (newsletter). The operator of processed personal data is the company CODES BRAND HOUSE s. r. o., with registered office at Medená 23, 811 02 Bratislava, ID number: 35735538, company registered in the commercial register, section Sro, insert number 16260/B (hereinafter referred to as “CODES BRAND HOUSE”). At the same time, I confirm that the conditions under which I grant consent are presented to me in a sufficiently specific and informed manner (it is clear to me to whom and to what extent I am granting it). I consider:

  • that in connection with the consent granted, my data will be processed in the scope of e-mail, message, IP address and any other data resulting from subsequent communication with the operator in connection with my expressed interest,
  • that my data will be processed until I withdraw my consent,
  • that there will be no cross-border transfer of my personal data and no automated decision-making or profiling during the processing of my personal data,
  • that I have the following rights as a data subject: the right to request from CODES BRAND HOUSE access to my personal data at the email address info@codes.sk, the right to correct incorrect or untrue personal data, the right to delete personal data (the so-called “right to be forgotten “), the right to limit the processing of personal data (on the basis of which CODES BRAND HOUSE will mark stored personal data with the aim of limiting their processing in the future), the right to object to the processing of personal data, the right to portability of personal data, the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority regarding the processing of personal data data (Personal Data Protection Office, https://dataprotection.gov.sk), or submit a proposal to initiate proceedings regarding my rights to the protection of personal data, e.g. in case of violation of my rights as a data subject by CODES BRAND HOUSE
